It is a pleasure to recommend Luis for all of your professional Construction Estimating needs. On a personal level, I have found him to be honest, highly motivated, and always true to his word when it comes to budgets and detailed bids deadlines. I have also come to value his collaborative input and have followed his design suggestions in many instances; he helps to overcome unforeseen obstacles. He has been leader in suggesting methods to overcome the hurdles of design preparation in VE suggestions and cooperative in working in a committee environment.
