Laxmi Fabdye Printing Pvt. Ltd. Incorporated on 02 June 2014. Manufacturing unit that is spread over three lac sqr.ft area and manufacturing capacity over 25 lac Mtrs. per Month. Supplier of polyester (Chiffon, Gorged Poly moss Rayon Viscose, Poly cotton knitted fabric). Fabric deign and dying/ printing in house.

Responsibilities:

Spearheading HR /Compliance Team Noida & Heading Surat Office Complete operations, reporting to Director.

Complying with Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labor Act, Health and Safety, Waste management Etc .

Preparing factory for buyer Audit.

Providing Workers with a safe and healthy workplace and safe working condition.

Identifying staff vacancies and recruitment.

Maintaining all employee documentation, policies and procedures, for payment of minimum wages act, payment of PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity Act, Equal Remuneration, etc documents, environmental permit health & safety records.

Techno Tarp was established in the year 2007 and is located in Plastic Zone Sarigaon in Gujarat.

Factory is 100% EOU and specializes in production of HDPE, Tarpaulin, PP Flexible Bulk bag.

Main production processes are extrusion, tape formation, bag making, Printing, Laminating, Sealing, Cutting, Stitching & Packing.

Responsibilities:

Spearheading HR /Compliance & Purchase department, reporting to MD.

Complying with Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labor Act, Health and Safety, Waste management Etc .

Preparing factory for buyer Audit as per buyer Audit check list and local Law.

Dealing with Labour, Factory and EFP Inspector for factory compliance, worker issue etc.

Maintaining and coordinating with external and internal agency for overall requirement for building and machinery repair and maintenance for health & Safety of the workers.

Managing the purchasing function and negotiating with current and developing new vendors.

Managing the Inventory function and stock control & Waste management.

USHA GARMENTS MFG.CO.PVT.LTD (SR.MANAGER FACTORY COMPLIANCE) February 2015 till February 2016.

USHA GARMENTS was founded in 1964, the HO is located in Mumbai and the Manufacturing unit is in Gujarat, the facility is into manufacturing of Men’s and ladies shits of export quality to Europe and US market. The production capacity is around 95,000 pieces per month with three individual building total production in house right from sampling, fabric cutting, sewing, embroidery, washing final checking and packing to storing and dispatch of inspected goods and over 800 employs working in single shift.

Responsibilities:

Spearheading Admin HR & Compliance department, reporting to MD.

Co-ordination with factory inspector, labor Inspector, various agencies, consultants including Legal Advisor.

Complying with Factory Act, Wages and benefits, Apprentice Act, Contract Labor Act, Health and Safety, Waste management, Environmental Etc.

Considerable experience in measuring and reporting the organization’s social and ethical performance.

Execution and setting up of new fire hydrant system in the factory as per requirement for approval of building layout stability certificate.

Prepared factory for Social Compliance Semi Announced M&S Audit conducted by Intertek in the month of April 2015.

Implementation and closing down all the desktop points on the Sedex Portal, raised by the Auditor in the CAPR.

Preparing the factory for BSCI and M&S Technical Audit as per M&S QMS.
