While working full time, I also taught a college writing course. As the instructor, I assisted students by creating lesson plans, assignments, and in-class work, to prompt the students to develop a clear and engaging voice in their written works. I worked with the students both corporately and individually, and also required the students to work together as a team to present a convincing thesis to their peers. Students received instruction not only on writing, but also on research, citing, and peer review.

While working full time, I also assisted college students with developing ideas into full papers and reports. I guided students through editing and formatting their work to match the unique requirements of the college, as well as the individual preferences of each professor. I began at Airbus as a contract employee in 2014, and became an official member of their team in September of 2015. As an Order Management Representative, my duties include: reviewing and editing sales orders, reconciling sales orders against purchase orders, creating sales orders based on purchase requests, filing and scanning completed orders, assisting customers by phone or e-mail with locating and verifying part numbers, contract dates, as well as warranty and shipping information. This requires an eye for minute detail and a calm demeanor under high-stress circumstances.

As Director of Admissions I was in charge of previewing potential graduate students, including receiving applications for admission, verifying transcripts, and issuing letters of acceptance or decline. I also worked as the Registrar, and many of my duties corresponded from my position of Director to Registrar. The responsibilities included: creating courses, syllabi, assignments, tests, as well as accounts for students and professors on Populi. My specific Registrar duties were: enrolling students in courses, charging students for courses, uploading grades, creating and distributing official transcripts, taking care of the paperwork for adding or dropping a class, getting a course extension, changing fields of study, etc. as well as directing calls and answering questions regarding the graduate programs.

I began my work with Sunglass Hut as a part-time sales associate, moved up to assistant manager, and was promoted to manager in three months. As store manager I am responsible for all aspects of a retail operation in a premium shopping mall including: scheduling, employee hiring, cash handling, inventory, resolving personnel issues as well as customer relations, meeting and exceeding sales goals, hosting team meetings, handling customer and team conflict resolution, and have further assisted customers by developing the necessary contacts to meet their unique eyewear needs by teaming up with a local optometrist who specializes in prescription sunglasses. Most recently I oversaw and implemented the new Sunglass Hut Experience model for my team.
