CNC Amada Turret Punch Operator

-Performed special jobs on Virpos EM K 3612 M2 and Virpos 358 King. (Louvers, Lancers, Embosses, Countersinks, Partmarks ect.)

-Set up and systematically loaded tools inside turret.

-Fix errors in the programs. (Inserting M & G Codes, Adding Small Programs.)

-Pull material from stock using electric & propane forklifts. Learning to drive in limited space due to small building.

-Shear material to perform specific jobs.

-Quality Control our own parts. Scanned parts on Virtek Laser QC. Made sure dimensions and tolerances were accurate.

-Issue material when stock is low. (CRS, HRS, SS, Aluminum 5052 & 6016.)

CNC Amada Laser Operator

-Laser parts using LCG 3015 Nitrogen laser. (CRS, SS, AL, and Diamond Plate.)

-Operate crane to lift full sheets of material 120X48.

-Edit Program (Edge Protection, Input Cutting Conditions, Offsets Inside And Outside Cuts.)

-Scan parts on Virtek Laser QC.

CNC Manual Knee Mill

-Engrave partmark using programs per job (Vendor, Julian Date, Customer ID.)

-Mill parts per instructions on work orders.(Pockets, Frames, Chamfers ect.)

Hardware Technician

-Install and assemble hardware using Haeger 618 & 824 in fully formed and unformed semi-conductor parts. Improvise due to shortage of tools or lack of tooling.

-Hardware includes (CLS, PF, PF50, FHS, FH ect.)

Drill, Tap, and Saw

-Ream (All sizes), Tap, (632, 1032, 0420 ect.) and countersink (82, 90, 100 degrees) holes per blueprints.

-Cut material for machine shop using bandsaw. Knowledge of increments of an inch.

-Issue material for stock.
