Utilizing my knowledge of the United States Standards for Grades of Apples, I was responsible for ensuring that the apples were graded properly. To accomplish this, I had to inspect the apples looking for any damage that could have been done by picking and/or handling. I was responsible for implementing procedure to eliminate damage variables. All findings were reported to my supervisor.

I was responsible for tracking all of the grading for about 300 acres of apples. My data was used to identify problem areas therefore, reducing the amount of damage to the apples and maintaining a higher profit margin for my employer.

My duties also included operating specialized equipment i.e. forklift, and various sizes of tractors. I was also tasked to enter the data into the computer by the use of scanners and using various computer software programs.
