Supported all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for critical projects at Pfizer Animal Health, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and documentation. Met with clients to determine needs then created customized solutions to address technical issues and drive success. Worked both remotely and onsite at client locations, personally overseeing system rollout. Developed complex configuration processes, forms and reports, custom queries, and data filters. Supervised teams of client, internal, and contracted employees.
Major Contributions:
Directed all monitoring, enhancement tracking, and issue resolution for data interfaces with SIEBEL, coordinating support team in India, multiple data groups, and all developers to ensure all information was accurately recorded.
Established an internal change control process that governed all stages of the SDLC and effectively tracked code changes, preventing duplicate efforts, reducing code loss and reducing the development lifecycle.
Designed a product potential system in partnership with the Feedlot Sales Force that increased revenue by allowing representatives to target customers according to potential.
