Major Contributions:

Directed all monitoring, enhancement tracking, and issue resolution for data interfaces with SIEBEL, coordinating support team in India, multiple data groups, and all developers to ensure all information was accurately recorded.

Established an internal change control process that governed all stages of the SDLC and effectively tracked code changes, preventing duplicate efforts, reducing code loss and reducing the development lifecycle.

Designed a product potential system in partnership with the Feedlot Sales Force that increased revenue by allowing representatives to target customers according to potential.

Project managed the automation of pricing approval, improving the contract approval process by decreasing time requirements and allowing customers to instantly view contracts via website. Application was recognized by SIEBEL as unique and incorporated into client’s new CRM system.
