Then quarterly I presented this data to the regional management team. This data was reviewed on a yearly basis by CMS and the respective state departments of health for accuracy in reporting to determine license renewal and perspective payment or fines. My clinics never had to repay any money back to CMS nor pay any fines to the state departments of health.
