Out of those twenty - one years, seventeen have been in dialysis and of the seventeen, twelve have been involved in management or Corporate speaking and research on dialysis. In my management experience in Dialysis, I had to compile monthly quality data on all my dialysis patients and present the data with plans of corrections to my director of operations and Medical Director. Then quarterly I presented this data to the regional management team. This data was reviewed on a yearly basis by CMS and the respective state departments of health for accuracy in reporting to determine license renewal and perspective payment or fines. My clinics never had to repay any money back to CMS nor pay any fines to the state departments of health.
