Responsible for total practice management of multi-provider group.

Duties & Responsibilities: Review of bills for accuracy, payment of bills before their due date. Trend payment amounts and identify problem areas. Work with partners to design and implement marketing plan. Recruiting, hiring and firing. Supervision, including salary review and proposed salary adjustments and evaluation. Maintain records of vacations, sick leave, etc. Responsible for delegation of work and staffing hours. Organize regular office meetings and set agendas. Determine and change personnel assignments and job descriptions as needed. Assure that staff is trained and operates in compliance with all government and other regulatory agencies. Arrange for coverage for employees out sick or on vacation. Managed care contract management, as well as managing all credentialing of physicians with managed care co. Work with Managed Care company or designee in site visits/chart audits. Design and implement policies and procedures. Daily bank deposit. Review and supervise internal systems for handling cash, recording mail receipts, writing checks, etc. Other duties as assigned or requested.

Credentialing Coordinator 2007- 2015

Responsibilities as manager changed in September 2014. Job responsibilities still include all re-credentialing; updating of files and system data base for accurate information, review of quality data, completing verifications regarding, license, board certifications, previous work history, and malpractice. Managing and maintaining Echo (credentialing software). Reporting monthly to Credentialing Committee for review and approval for all new and re-appointment applications providing reports, working directly with the Chief Medical Officer, Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff elect and working with department chairpersons for staff support. Currently working with the rural hospitals for credentialing and telemedicine. Maintain and distribute all call schedules. Other duties as assigned or requested.

Credentialing Manager 2007-2014

Managing responsibilities include overseeing staff and review of all new applicants applying for privileges with St. Anthony Hospital. Responsible for all re-credentialing; other responsibilities include, update of files and system data base for accurate information, review of quality data, completing verifications regarding, license, board certifications, previous work history, and malpractice.
