• Responsible for a portfolio of 75 multifamily assets by administering reports such as replacement reserves, operating reserves, year end surplus cash calculations, property insurance real estate taxes and annual compliance reporting due to third parties, using software’s such as Yardi and Asset Eye

• Collaborated with 2-3 Asset Managers with their respective portfolios by providing financial information, or legal documentation to assist with action plans on the properties
