Self Sufficiency Counselor – Manage a caseload involving determination of initial and ongoing eligibility for one or more public assistance programs. Interview and assess applicants to assist them in completion of application and forms upon which eligibility decisions are based. Gather information to determine eligibility to receive public assistance. Interpret regulation and program requirements and communicate these to applicants and the public. Prepare case narratives, memos, correspondence and other documentation. Prepare and maintain documents, case records, reports, files, and logs associated with the eligibility process. Use County computer programs to determine eligibility for public assistance.

River Harvest Church 2011- 2012

Secretary- Maintained financial records for tithes, offering, rentals, deposits, and expenses. Organized and prepared monthly, quarterly and annual reports. I prepared letters, memos, and minutes of meetings. I took inventory of supplies, arranged equipment repairs, screening and distributing mail to the appropriate agencies. I answered question in person and over the phone.

Clearinghouse Coordinator – Conducted face to face and phone interviews. I analyzed, verified, and recorded information. I assisted clients with financial assistances, food vouchers, clothing and resources. I referred clients to the appropriate churches and agency connected with Love I.N.C. for further assistance.
