Highlights:
Created a new small business online banking product from the ground-up, leveraging the functionality from BB&T’s existing retail online banking product including Bill Pay, Transfers, Statements and general account information.
Added fee-based, business-specific functionality to BB&T Small Business OnLine®, which went live in Q3 2010 with Wire/ACH and Manage Users, which allows businesses to add additional, entitled users.
Clients were enabled to self-enroll in all products, creating efficiencies and enhancing profitability. 2012 was budgeted for $1MM+ in revenue.
Partnered to create .html for new screens, copy for new screens, requirements for new functionality, in-product demos, banners, marketing and all customer-facing information.
