Provide services for various operation activities of the PdM and Deputy Product Manager (DPM). Services include supporting the creation and management of various complex management projects. Manages projects to assure priority actions are coordinated, staffed, and properly executed throughout SPHS to guarantee timely, cohesive and accurate execution of work.

Responds to informational request from, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and external oversight organizations. The requests may consist of both schedule requirements and ad hoc or short notice requirements, all of which must be drafted, properly coordinated, and completed in a timely fashion. Because of this LSS Special Tools project over $90M in cost savings incurred through using less special tools.

PM Stryker Long Term Sustainment (LTS) Group, 2007-2008, Logistic Management Specialist

Acquiring Level III certification in Life Cycle Logistics in 2005 from the Acquisition Corps I branched off into Long Term Sustainment of all nine Stryker variants. The key area of concern was all the Contract Delivery Requirements List (CDRL) that needed to be maintained so that the contractor would provide all parts, maintenance, and data requirements necessary to support the Stryker Family of Vehicles.

As part of LTS was key in regarding the purchasing of Government Furnish Equipment (GFE) oversight to support Stryker Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) personnel with transportation vehicles in country and at each Stryker Brigade training site.

Performance Based Logistics (PBL) coverage provided additional metrics and compliance determination and evaluation of the current comprehensive PBL effort and transition to organic Field Level Maintenance except for Contractor scheduled service teams.

401ST Army Field Support Brigade, Logistic Management Specialist Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 2007 - November 2007

Duties: Worked the Theater Provided Equipment Refurbishment Program (TPER) for Medium, Heavy, and Line Haul Vehicles acquiring unserviceable vehicles from Iraq and Afghanistan in supporting the contractor’s refurbishment programs. Coordinated with the Redistribution Property Accountability Team (RPAT) to ensure the vehicles were picked up by in country units and their turn-in vehicle transported back to the contractor's refurbishment site.

PM STRYKER Brigade Combat Team (BCT), 2001 - 2006 Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) for Reconnaissance Vehicle & Fire Support Vehicles.

Acquired Level II certification in Program Management from the Acquisition Corps responsible for integrating the eleven Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) elements to achieve ILS coverage for the Fire Support Vehicle (FSV) and the Reconnaissance Vehicle (RV) platforms resulting in comprehensive ILS system coverage.

Assigned as core member of the FSV and RV Integrated Product Team (IPT) to articulate, based on efforts of the logistic development and sustainment functionalist, how the ILS elements are being integrated, and advised Assistant Program Manager (APM) on ILS impacts of proposed and approved system changes. As the Logistics lead and after conducting detailed analysis with all the provisioning provided necessary data to support this complex vehicle with Interim Materiel Release (IMR) in 2002 and follow up Conditional MR in 2003.

Supervised six employees in managing of secondary spare parts. My experience with Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR) supported the team to create and provision depot workload with rebuild programs.

Heavy Tactical Vehicle Division CBU, 1994 – 1997 ILS Manager for the EMMs. As ILS Manager for Heavy Tactical Vehicle Division I created the Integrated Logistic Support Plan (ILSP) for the EMMs to successfully achieve the prescribed mission goals.

Military

The discipline and responsibility acquired while in the United States Marine Corps (June 1971-June 1975) molded me into a team player, and a team leader to this day. I am very organized which supports the logistical planning actions necessary to smoothly provision and sustain new and old weapon systems. Left with an Honorable Discharge as a Sgt. (E-5).
