Vehicle tracking system (using GPS and GSM modules):

Vehicle Tracking System is design which uses GPS(global positioning system) to locate and GSM(global system for mobile) to communicate its position for continuous monitoring.

ATMEGA328 microcontroller is used to interface serially with a GSM Modem and a GPS receiver.

GPS modem continuously generates data on longitude and latitude of vehicle of which is displayed on LCD screen and send to mobile at other end from where the position of vehicle is tracked. Uploading sensors data to cloud(soil moisture sensor):

An application of Internet of Things (IOT).

Soil moisture information of agricultural yield particularly depends on several growing parameters like temperature, humidity, soil moisture and pH of the soil, etc.

In our project we have developed a system for measuring and monitoring soil moisture by interfacing soil moisture sensor with wifi shield and upload data to cloud which can be retrieved using mobile application.This helps to know the status(dry/wet) of the agricultural field.
