Involved in Operation & Maintenance Planning, monitoring of variety of Construction equipment in Veligonda project.

Veligonda Project is an under construction irrigation project located in Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh.The construction includes two parallel tunnels of 18.8 km with 9.2 m and 7 m internal diameter and 21.6 km Flood flow canal for the water transmission system.For the purpose, Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) was imported for Tunnel Excavation.the equipment’s using in project are of modern & sophisticated technology.

Responsibilities:

Create time effective work schedule.

Perform root cause analysis for any abnormal conditions/ failures, take required corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of such conditions.

Daily Breakdown attention. If any and take corrective action.

Implementing the PM Schedule.

Making full proofing of machines.

Updating all maintenance records.

Continuous improvement to improve machine up time, Knowledge of TPM & other lean manufacturing practices.

For Each group identify machine losses and set time based targets to reduce MTTR and increase MTBF.
