Coordination with HR Administration for filing and update to Payroll / Legal Section / Accounts Dept.

Supervision of HR Activities for Subcontractor Resources

Selection and evaluation of the Subcontractor resources(Manpower / Transportation Services)

Submitting report to Management and proceeding for Contractual agreements

Coordination with Department Head for Manpower requirements

Coordination for Mobilization & Demobilization of Manpower both Company & Subcontractor workforce.

Coordination for the Non-Compliance of Workers
