I Coordinate the day to day activities of the Engine Assembly department for A, B & C crew (rotate
between the three crews) to achieve the business metrics and implement World Class Manufacturing tools
and process to make improvements to the Engine Assembly line which has helped us make our build for
19 months in a row, manage and developed 9 highly functioning work teams of Team members and Team
leaders in a fast pace, high volume unionized manufacturing environment. Practicing the and utilizing the
FCA leadership principles on the floor while training and mentoring Team leaders and Team members,
Job Duties: Motivating the teams to embrace WCM and use WCM in their daily work day, through
writing suggestions, Quick kaizens and having pride in being the Model area and expansion area. I work
with Quality and Engineers to make improvements to the line and resolve quality issues and I take the
lead in Quality projects for improving and reducing FTC/repairs Training my Team Leaders in the Safety,
W.O. & A.M. pillars to be able to teach their team members the three pillars and assisting them in
the training of their team members. I was highly involved in the WCMA Plant Academy.

Coordinated the day to day activities for the 4.7L Engine Assembly line, train new Team members on the
job on the motor line. Lead the Kaizen board meetings and the quality huddles. Manage the budget for
the 4.7L Engine Assembly line at the Mack Avenue Engine Plant #1. Coordinate and Implement safety
changes throughout the Engine Assembly line with the assistance of Job Duties: the WCM Safety Pillar.
Implemented continuous improvement throughout the Engine Assembly line in regards to Safety,
Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale. I built out the 4.7L Engine April of 2013, Reporting directly to the
Plant manager and training to be a Mid Level Professional - BUL with the Plant manager. Conducting the
day to day planning of the Department with the Plant Manager and implementing those plans in the

Hi – lo Driver/Job Setter/Team leader May 15,1995 to March 30,2009
For fourteen years I was an hourly worker working in the Engine Assembly department, I drove a hi – lo
for one year and was a job setter for ten years where I ran a section of the Engine assembly line, assigning
manpower, relieving co - workers for breaks, doing repairs in the repair area for my section, training new
employees, reporting directly to my Supervisor, I worked with Maintenance on down equipment. For 3
years I was a Team Leader on the Engine Assembly line where I assigned manpower, filed in when people
were absent from work, trained new employees on the line, worked with Maintenance on down
equipment, worked with Quality to improve productivity of the equipment, I gave presentations to Vice
Presidents on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale along with FTC and throughput, I worked with
Industrial Engineers to improve throughput of the Assembly line. In march of 2009 I was promoted to
