9-2-2011 – 3-2018 – Lead Tech,

West Houston Medical Centre 24 Emergency Center

Managing current laboratory with 9 employees, and assist administrator in managing the Emergency Center. CAP certified for last 2 inspections. Wrote all policy and procedures in compliance to CAP.

Manage the whole QC program for all instrumentations in the lab, Bio-Rad and Siemens and Abbott i-Stat.

Managed 2 laboratories at North and South campuses. Managed all Point of Care Testing ( POCT ) for both hospital locations using Roche RALS system for glucose, BIOSITE-The Triage® Profiler Shortness of Breath ( SOB ) profiler to include Troponin I, CK-MB, Myoglobin, BNP and DDimer; CLO Test, ACT, Hemocue, and Pregnancy Test.
