Responsible for providing a safe work environment, high standard of quality and efficient production to meet deadlines for all of 2nd shift. Daily tasks included auditing production associates as well as dept. Leads, hiring, training, and personnel.
I also spearhead new process and product development.
DECEMBER ‘15 – AUGUST ‘16
PLANT SUPERVISOR, millennium print group
Responsible for providing a safe work environment, high standard of quality and efficient production to meet deadlines for all of 2nd shift. Daily tasks included auditing production associates as well as dept. Leads, hiring, training, and personnel. This involved up to 120 associates and production at 4 facilities on any given night.
During my time with Millennium I was tasked with developing performance tracking and raising the safety culture on the production floor.
MAY ‘12 – DECEMBER ‘15
FINISHING MANAGER, paperworks industries
Responsible for safety, quality, production, training, maintenance and scheduling across 2 shifts. Daily tasks included auditing production associates and supervisors, crewing and testing new materials.
During my time with Paperworks I was able to more than double production speeds and almost completely eliminate OT for the department by using Lean Management and tools to streamline processes. Training was a huge focus as well.
