My Job responsibilities
Handling more than 24, 36 cavities hot runner moulds.
Reading moulds drawing and work accordingly.
Process planning and machining follow ups.
Mould trouble shoot and taking corrective actions.
Bench work, fitting work like ejector pin match, core cavity match.
Preventive maintenance for Moulds.
Preparing final reports and documents for Moulds.
Applying poke yoke methods for Mould assembly.
Mould trail and work according to the customer reports.
Inspecting dimensions and quality check of moulded parts.
EINTECH ENGINEERING PVT,LTD
Is a small scale industry, manufacturing an injection moulds for various customers. Specialized for commercials parts.
Assembling new moulds.
Follow ups mould assembly parts.
Process planning and machining process.
INDO-US MIM TEC PVT,LTD
Is specialized for manufacturing metal injection mould for various customers like automobile, medical, defence.
Receiving and study the inputs that have sent by customer or on site coordinator.
Carry out projects right from part design, mould Design.
Participate in TFC(Team Feasibility Commitment) meeting, in that will decide following points :
Mould layout, # of cavity, Parting line, Ejector location, gate location, Type & size, runner type & size, Type of water cooling,
Mould design Modelling by using software PRO-E wildfire 4.0, CREO 2.0
Cross checking above mentioned TFC point in CFT (Cross Functional Team)
Preparing Detail drawing, BOM,

Maintaining the Documentation as per ISO.
