Updating MAVIS records from card catalog records while linking records to the physical items.
Preparing 16mm, 28mm, and 35mm for long-term conservation.
Handling, organizing, and creating a search aid for a collection called “Viking” consisting more than 500 items.

Assessed the Israel Broadcasting collection using collection management course lectures to organize, and evaluate, for future storage. Logged each item into a digital database and the museum's personal search engine.
Responsibilities:
Cataloged a collection of more than 150 lacquered records creating database entries for each record, using Microsoft Access.

Packed and shipped audiovisual materials to a vendor to become digitized. Entered the digitized items into a repository that focused on a specialized format.

Used previous skills that were obtained from Lied Library and expanded knowledge to save and store music information.

Worked in special collections laboratory with conservators and the archivist of the University library. Bound music scores and repair damaged books. Learned basic curatorial practices for book repair and preservation.
