HR Officer - BMA International September 2017 – Present o Administer employees attendance, leaves, vacations and overall absenteeism o Ensures the adherence of all employees to organization personnel rules and regulations o Prepare Welcomes Kits for New Employee Orientation Session/ Line Managers o Attend to employee enquiries on Company policies and procedures. o Attend to employee disciplinary and grievance issues and provide counselling o Responsible for coordinating with Divisional managers and manpower Agencies while conducting the recruitment, pre and post selection process, salary negotiation, issuing the offer Letters, on boarding process and
