experience: Budd Workforce Solutions 09-2015 - 10-2016 Ran production line of rubber material for Bridgestone facility in Wilson, NC. Worked 12 hour rotating shifts with co-workers splicing rubber, pulling down rubber, inspecting rubber and monitoring wheels at take-off while restocking supplies for shift. Climbed ladders and lifted 25 pounds of rubber each night. Used small hand tools and drove forklift as needed. Stood for long hours in hot and cold conditions. Manpower (Nomocorc) 12-2013 -09-2015 Worked in manufacturing plant in 12 hour shifts. Worked using dye machines, press machines, cranes, and forklift as needed. Also was a packer and assembler. Communicated with Line Coordinator and upper Management as needed to ensure all company GMP's were put into practice each shift and product was ran according to customer specifications. Also became certified in Acceptance Sampling which allowed me to inspect product for defects before passing the sample along to Quality Assurance lab technicians. Butterball, LLC 12-2008 - 01-2010 Worked as a QA Technician in poultry plant. Stood and walked for entire 9 hour shift. Performed presentations, collected samples and worked closely with USDA and 1st Processing to ensure company policies and procedures were being put into practice daily at the plant. Also filled out end of shift HAACP, SPS, and other required paperwork, as well as sent out department emails.
Carolina Forge 09-2011 - 02-2012 Worked as a QC Technician in manufacturing plant inspecting wheel bearings for cars. Worked 6 days a week for 10 hours a day. Stood for entire 10 hour shift. Performed inspections using guages, calipers, and eye inspections. Also collected and soldered defective parts back to right department. Filled out end of shift paperwork and put all passed carts in Shipping department.

Used small hand tools to assemble and attach parts to the body of Backhoe Loaders according to the STO paperwork and customer specifications. I also did electrical assembly work when required which included soldering per defect. I read wiring diagrams, assembly instructions and test procedures. I soldered and assembled electrical wires as needed. I was a very instrumental team player on production line and met quota every night. I aquired experience in many areas which led me to being placed in different areas of the plant and building of the Backhoe Loader as needed.
