Electrical Test Foreman

Responsible for the day-to-day operations to include: plan, schedule, assign, and inspect electrical work on littoral combat ships, process payroll and budgets for the department on a daily/weekly basis; supervise 18 full-time employees.

Daily coordination with various departments to ensure timely completion of vessels; collaborate with Quality Assurance Inspectors to correct any nonconformities discovered during internal and Naval inspections; continuously work with the Engineering department to correct defects and the implementation of improvements in the design of electrical systems; highly experienced with A.C. and D.C. equipment.
