Program managed, leading 2-national development teams which saved billions since the implementation go-live:

Lead architecture and development enterprise-wide. Drastically improved its over-all process and operations by 80% in terms of speed to market, pricing, pricing and product\supply selections, price matching to reduce fraud by 95%, costs and a modern inventory management.
