Handle breakdown calls independently with occasional assistance and spare parts from vendor’s engineers. Overtook the maintenance of many vital equipment’s cancelling the AMCs. Areas that 100% under self-maintenance (only spare parts support from vendors or 3rd party) were Central Sterilization, ICU, OR including ENDOSCOPY, LAPAROSCOPY, DENTAL, NICU, OPTH, ENT HEMODIALYSIS – GAMBRO with occasional technical support, FRESENIUS – telephonic technical support unless major spare replacement and calibration.
Coordinated and participated in Emergency task force with war preparedness and visiting field hospitals with UN agencies and Red cross during 2010-2011 war in Libya.
