Served as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for 1800+ personnel on a daily basis meeting U.S. Army standards.
Served as the Non-Commissioned Officer in charge (NCOIC) of the Mobilization Readiness Plans, managed all personnel movement to ensure mission readiness in order to deploy overseas, resulting in over 38,000 U.S. Army Soldiers successfully being deployed.
Provided assistance to subordinate commands and Direct Reporting Commands (8 General Officer Commands) in the areas of protocol support, award processing and evaluation reports to ensure all personnel were properly acknowledged for exemplary service.
Participated in staff visits, special projects; assisted with Family Program Academy (FPA), submitted completed information and referrals to Emergency Operation Center (EOC), Contacted Family Readiness Group Leaders (FRGL) before and after disasters within our Command and Control (C2), coordinated volunteer recognition activities, created all staff/SVRI RFO for Director’s approval, and Generated all 2 Star Notes as needed on a daily basis to ensure all stake holders were properly acknowledged for their contributions to mission readiness.
