Job Profile:
Reporting to the Finance Manager on daily basis.
Dealing with banks, scrutinize all bank transactions, checking & verifying all entries and preparing reconciliation statements to overcome discrepancies, if any.
Checking & verifying invoices raised by operations department, cross check all particulars & posting in accounting system.
Preparing payment schedule, checking & verifying the payments in online banking and coordinated with higher officials to release payments.
Checking & verifying LC documents and coordinating with Banks for Negotiation, Acceptance & Reimbursement etc.
