1.Leaded the major Comp Planar project which deals mainly with compensation schemes for various modules which needs to be tested both in the Windows and Mac
2.Had successfully designed and executed the complex scenarios for the IWE testing module. Had executed the same both in the front end (IWE interface) as well in the back end (Oracle EBS)
3.Explored new Oracle fusion Application interface, developed test scenarios, designed the test cases, was involved in upgrade testing, configuration testing and Regression testing (both in Windows and Mac machine).

Description:
Cisco HRIT Engg team consist of both the development team and the QA testing team. The development team used to prepare the MD70 document based on the business requirements, design the codes as per the business need and perform a quick quality check at their end and finally release the code to the testing team. The testing team will design the test plan, test scenarios and the test cases based on the business requirement document and get it approved by the business. The team will perform the integration testing, system testing, functional testing, regression testing and finally user acceptance testing of various Oracle HRMS modules along with raising defects, assigning the defects to appropriate person and following up with the defect. Finally after a satisfying verification, the QA team will sign off the release to the production team.
