Created professional growth plans for 7 employees and monitored staff development through weekly supervision sessions with each staff person. Created and oversaw a budget of 1,5 million dollars ensuring expenses were in line with agency mission. 01/2015 to 09/2016

Director of Social Services Lower Polk Community Benefit District - San Francisco, CA Over saw the Social Services Department of the Lower Polk Community Benefit District. We provide services to the homeless population within our District to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our amazing neighborhood. We conduct daily outreach sessions throughout our district to support our more struggling neighbors in their time of need.

Associate Director of Programs Larkin Street Youth Services - San Francisco, CA Oversaw four TLP housing programs that housed 80 youth ages 18 to 24. The HSRC/Outreach program, a program with a team of 9 counselors and two case managers that went out into the streets of San Francisco providing triage services to homeless youth 7 days a week with a final goal of enrolling the youth into the full-service programs offered at Larkin Street, and the YouthForce workforce training program. A program that introduced various supportive work and internship opportunities. 01/2005 to 06/2008

Director of Adult Services Ella Hill Hutch Community Center - San Francisco, CA Designed work force training programs that offered job search assistance, career planning and exploration, job preparation workshops, occupational skills training, unemployment insurance assistance, and referral to supportive services. The San Francisco Youth Employment Coalition (YEC) represents the joint commitment of over sixty public and private non-profit youth service providers to advocate for youth employment in San Francisco.
