Construction Manager Telacu Construction Management May 2018 – July 2018 As CM for Telacu, I oversaw the modernization for five schools in the Cupertino Union School District. As the single CM on these projects, I managed the installation of portable classrooms and the renovation for existing classroom interiors and building exteriors. Items included asbestos abatement, installation of new flooring, new wall finishes, new electrical and mechanical, new plumbing and bathrooms, new exterior pavement, and new exterior fixtures.
• Managed all facets of the construction phase of a school facility project including mobilization, construction, and closeout.
• Reported all construction management activities and progress to upper management.
• Managed both the project budget and schedule to meet the District’s qualitative standards.

Owners Representative International Law Firm August 2016 - May 2017 I was contracted to deliver three offices for “International Law Firm (ILF)” in Southeast Asia as the owner’s representative for their internal Project Management Office. The PMO is an independent department whose mission is to analyze, change, and launch global projects. I was the key point of contact for Entitlement, Legal, Finance, Real Estate, Business Development, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Communications business units.
• Led and conducted all design and construction activities as leading project manager.
• Drafted the implementation plan and schedule, directing business units to achieve scope within the targeted timeline.
• Produced market research, drafted business case / financial analysis / Work Breakdown Structure.
• Single point of contact with the external design team.
• Drove team output of critical deliverables, i.e., the Government Bar License, corporate registration, bank account, premises lease, premises design and fit out, and IT stand up.

• Invested approximately $2.6 MUSD of Capex in a project life of 18 months to gain seamless operational capability between offices for client and corporate history, HR structure, financial reporting and billing, facilities access, and universal IT provision. Approximately $1.3 MUSD of OpEx was saved per year by removing redundant functions and ILF benefits with greater network effects, service efficiency, and dominant local market positioning. Construction Manager PMC International September 2014 - December 2015 PMC International’s mission is to plan infrastructure megaprojects by client side management of tender, design and construction phases. Working with the governments of Myanmar, Indonesia, China, Pakistan, and Singapore, PMC leads construction management and consulting in managing budget, masterschedule, scope, and strategy.
