Regional Dean of Student Life (2018-Present) Provide vision, strategic direction, and functional expertise specific to Student Life across the Hollywood, Orange County and Phoenix campuses. Develops strategic priorities for, and operational oversight of Student Life functions and personnel. Ownership, leadership, and guidance specific to staff training and development, targeted co-curricular student programming and student centered-services. Maintain an institutional community-wide culture of compliance, ensuring campus-level, crisis management, student misconduct to include Title IX investigations, and oversee school-sponsored housing programs.

Director of Student Services (Santa Ana, CA • 2016 – 2018): Created and maintained an engaging, creative learning community that reflects the developmental needs of the Art Institute of California Orange County student body, managed a progressive student lifecycle approach to preparing students for careers in their chosen fields. Managed veterans support services including programs, activities, resourcing and training.

•Successfully managed revenue in excess of $80M and expenses of $66M; achieved approximately 17% margins annually.

•Improved response rate for Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory survey to 68% for 2015; increased satisfaction scores in every item from the prior year.

Dean of Student Affairs (Phoenix, AZ • 2005 – 2008): Managed the day-to-day operations and all aspects of the student affairs department, including 3 employees and quarterly / annual budgets. Served as an Executive Committee member and collaborated with all functional departments to ensure and promote student retention.
