Strengths and Accomplishments

As a U.S. air force security supervisor, I OVERSAW over 100 personnel providing security for “USAF” priority “A” nuclear resources to include the president of the united states.

As a Conductor/trainer for “BNSF” railway I built trains in destination order. In addition, I was the training supervisor for the southern California division.

La Scala Mart was the first American style grocery store in cagayan valley Philippines. I managed my team to exceed profits by 50% the second year of operation. As a RESULT, I could expand the business as a family co-op.

As Kings market closing SUPERVISOR, I doubled night crew productivity by developing a new crew integrity reporting system that was implemented to the whole district.

As assistant Manager in Woodcliff Lake I helped drive inventory to be best the store has ever produced (twice in a row we were 50% better than budget) after I was able to improve all the cgo (computer generated ordering) aspects and controlling backroom inventory assets.

While at Strack and Van Til/ Ultra Markets was a Store director, Co store Director, and Fresh department manager ensuring all profit gains REGARDING PNL and KPI grids.

As bottling line supervisor ensured all materials were available and orders were completed in a timely manner.
