Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Responsible for new hire orientation and paperwork. Inputting the data into the HRIS system. Receives paperwork for all status changes, new hires, terminations, and inputs the data into the system. Updates employee files as needed.
•Work with Management and other employees to help solve any issues.
•Prepare and send out weekly reports to unions and specific dept. heads on all new hires, terminations and status changes.
•Handle staff recruitment.
•Post job openings in-house and for newspaper and job board(s)
•Receive resumes and send to hiring manager after review
•Process offer letters.
