4-star hotel with BUA 40,400 m2, 250 keys with budget 175 million SAR.

2 basement starting from -10 m, ground, mezzanine and 5 typical.

Lead the technical team to make value engineering and success to decrease the budget from 264 million to 175 million. 2. AL-Fursan Project (Project Manager)

Construct 233 villas (turnkey project) and one mosque with amount 122 million SAR.

Make value engineering by redesign the structural for all 22 models and change the tanks.

3. Abo Hedriya Camp (Projects manager)

- Huge camp on 100,000 m2 contain:

9 concrete building with two floors.

8 steel buildings with two floors.

Main kitchen with 5900 m2 to serve Eastern Province.

Main store with 7000 m2.
