Negotiated new subcontractor agreements, rebased new CPM construction schedules, resolved liabilities, and renegotiated additional funding from private investors, and banking resources.

• Magnolia Terrace (Riverside County) Phase I & 2: 98-units, 4.3 acre, slab-on-grade, type-V patio homes. Take over as ground up project.

• Monterey Terrace (Hill-side): 12-unit, 2-level, type-V over sublevel podium. Take over at framing phase with incomplete podium. $11M.

• Temple Terrace: 108-unit over 3-level podium, type-V. Take over at excavation/drilling, piling with tie-backs, methane blankets, and ground water issues.
