PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

More than 10 Years of working experience in Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas Production / Processing Plant\'s Instrumentation field as Instrumentation Technician. Major responsibilities discharged during this period involve Total Shutdown and Breakdown of Oil Gathering Stations, Preventive maintenance, Fault finding and Corrective maintenance activities in the field of process Instrumentation, Instruments and Machinery Control Instruments.

Presently assigned as sr.Instrument Maintenance technician to the contract with PDO Oman, for Alarm Management and Rationalization project.

Alarm Rationalization and Implementation Project (from14-07-2011 to present).

Responsible for identification & segregation of DCS database.

Responsible for Prerational exercises for all PDO facility as per plan

Responsible for cross checking of alarms & trip set points of all real process alarms

Responsible for rationalization of DCS database as per PDO AM and system rules.

Responsible for consequences of real process alarms verification by cause and effect doc.

Responsible for arrangements of all updated documents for planned workshop like alarm and trip setpoint,plant operating manual, cause & effects and PEFS

Responsible for filling the all constrains(layers of protections) for all real process alarms which have consequences for trips or damaged to asset or environment

Responsible for all consistency cross checking of all planned stations as per DEP and shell standards.

Responsible for submitting the final rationalized file to PDO for the implementation as per our rationalize file alarms priorities also follow up the implementation contradicts

Responsible for final conversion of station variable table to a PASS system transformation

Apply corporate alarm management guidelines and document variance on produced list of tags.
