I lead and continue to mentor 35 staff members by offering them extensive training in sales and operations as we continue to exceed our sales target. This offer came from the HomeGoods Corporate Human Resource Manager and was given by the District Manager. I am under training with the HR Generalist. While I was in school I organized and lead two women's conferences with over 23 separate organizations involved. (2013)
