• Positively established a fresh, new, Corporate Directive, for clients; Including but not limited to: Executive Summary, Growth Management, Strategic Marketing Directive, Implementation, & Analytics Measurement Schedule. As a direct result, Island Vacation Properties had the distinct honor as Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce Runner Up: Small Business of the Year 2017.

• Contracted as 1099 for Estella Freeman, LLC as the Director of Operations. Duties included advertising, talent acquisition, trainings, creation of Employee Handbook, cleaner Job Descriptions, conduct property inspections, and successfully streamlined her business into utilizing an online hub for increased efficiency and productivity.

Maintained, updated, and sent cleaner schedules. Personally conducted all pre-arrival inspections to ensure guest satisfaction for each of the 240 vacation rentals in IVP’s rental portfolio.

• Maintain direct communication with cleaning staff, third party vendors, and property owners, while cultivating new relationships with clients ranging from individual property investors to private equity firms. Investigate any complaints regarding rental cleanliness, inventory needs, supplies, and took corrective action to achieve increased guest satisfaction.

• Managed subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Facilitated all additional cleanings and/or maintenance needed, processed vendors, invoices, fees, as well as any reimbursements for repairs to be completed.
