In Hummel Construction as a Project Coordinator for 300 Million $ Commercial Movie Theater, I Successfully handled each major phase of Construction process within the scope of project by using Procore Construction Management program for Communicating Bid Documents, Work orders, change orders, purchase orders and Finally Punch list during final stage of the project. Coordinating with sub-contractors is one of the important tasks, to show productive results and to run the project in Profit margin range by completing the entire project within Time, Schedule, Budget, Quality, and Safety which are the five major pillars of the construction project.

Currently handling pre-construction process for Air Craft project which is worthy about $750 million.

Adept in implementing a framework of standards and overseeing smooth implementation through project conclusion, as well as handling large applications within operational best practices and project lifecycle models.
