Delivered high-quality services, including logos, style guides, sales videos, and more through the hands-on management of design and marketing teams as well as the design/production of campaign deliverables. Ensured that each market/station’s needs and wants were met by identifying key strategies and developing relevant and engaging creative approaches/treatments. Established that all projects were within budget and delivered on time through the direct oversight of finances and costs.
Selected Achievements:
Drove overall performance and productivity throughout the company by producing and delivering more than a dozen fifteen-minute instructional videos pertaining to the industry, company, and operational procedures.
Supported multiple organizational stations hit by hurricane Katrina (2005) through marshalling post-disaster creative services and documenting all recovery operations.
Cut delivery times to markets for custom collateral pieces to 72 hours by developing and implementing a BrandOnDemand delivery system.
Developed and oversaw a cross-company creative collaborative system while simultaneously producing in-house share sites as described in this video.
