JOB SUMMARY
Branch Head is responsible for performance and administration of assigned branch, provisioning of financial services, customer service and performance of Field Officers, concentrating on the poorly performing Field Officers, providing them guidance and assistance.
Other key responsibilities include overdue management, branch expense requisition and settlement, daily branch related bank transaction, inputs data in Gothong Southern Supply Chain, liaising with local administrative authorities for legal matter related to branch operation, preparing and sending different reports as per requirement of reporting officer and Head Office.

WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS OPERATIONS
Manage warehouse activities by monitoring productivity and daily work schedules performing shipping, receiving, reconditioning, warehousing systematic process and storage, via pound per man hour objectives, recondition status of damage repair, unreturned equipment, safety and quality objectives and workload run at full capacity.
Maintain oversight of equipment returns, constructions and trading supplies that ensure accuracy and compliance with IPM return procedures. Prioritize and pushes equipment reconditioning process, warehouse stockings for both light and heavy equipment vehicles, reconditioning and repair upgrade as needed to dispatch on all incoming and existing project sites, schedule of shipments to achieve percentage lease pool, direct customer contact for all damage beyond repair equipment as issues to begin discrepancies solutions
Direct trucking and shipping operations, conduct daily equipment reallocations as necessary to maximize lease pool utilizations and minimize freight expenses. Shipments coordination with internal and external customers. Make shipment schedule adjustment as needed.
Lead direct administrative functions, such as develop and train new and existing employees to develop expertise and presentation skills, training and development planning, as well as providing feedback regarding salary administration, handle all disciplinary actions,
