Job Responsibility

Control and management of all employees and staff affairs as a major role in the Company Human Resources Department. Responsible for maintaining employee relations and problem solving, recruiting for open positions including the pre-screening processes, and all new hire and termination procedures. Also responsible for working with managers in disciplinary cases as well as advising managers in employee management issues. Assist in the developing and updating company policies and procedures.

Prepare and supervise the Company paperwork and documents with full experience in operating and filling in electronic forms of the Ministries and all other governmental Departments.

Maintain awareness of new and emerging laws and regulations for companies and human resources.

Manage and organize private and public relations in all cities of the United Arab Emirates and Free Zones.
