● Shipping Agents reviewing, confirm all quotations, price list & payment invoice.
● Getting certificate and kassima for every C/D.
● Coordinating with all company branches all over the world to proceed all import and export shipments
● Coordinating with all the clearing agents and follow up all shipment clearance steps until receiving the shipments in Baker Hughes workshop. Following up with the Air Lines and vessel agencies the ETD and ETA of flights and vessels
● Managing the customs validity renewing letter for the equipment cleared under the temporary clearance system, coordinating with clients, EGPC and customs
departments
● Keeping records for all company equipment and inventory showing all the movement cycle of the tools from one umbrella to another and from one company branch to another.
