BEFORE THE COURT to be considered PREMIERE INDUSTRIES, L.L.C.

(“Premiere”) Motion for Allowance and Payment of Administrative Expense Claim (“the Motion”). The Court finds that a plan has been confirmed in this case (“the Plan”) per Order of this Court. The Court finds that the Motion was timely and appropriately served upon the parties required to be so served pursuant to the Plan and law. After considering the pleadings, the argument of counsel, the Plan, and any other relevant pleadings, proceedings and/or documents filed in this case, all to the extent the same was necessary, the Court finds that the Motion is hereby approved. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that PREMIERE is hereby immediately granted an allowed administrative claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §503(b)(1) in the amount of Fifty- Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five and 52/100 ($53,955.52) Dollars.
