• Designed dehydrator assembly for foreign military air force. Created documentation, observed and supported manufacturing implementation and helium leak tests per MIL-E-5400T. 25 units were sold and installed at customer site.

• Developed and build Jump Rope assembly (based on customer’s idea). Successful test was performed in live environment and 1 unit was built.

• Reversed engineering to create parts and assemblies by using Solid Works program from old drawings or parts, allowing companies to save time and money by creating 3D programming in less time.

New Product Design Mechanical Engineer

Modified, created, and implemented modification for old and new testing equipment design.

• Redesigned J971 Test Head (TH); developed and implemented product to market using Intergraph and Solid Work software which led to sales of 100+ systems.

• Designed Interface Unit for J973 product lines which allowed customers to use PC boards from older J971 testers on newer J973 testers. Process enabled company to successfully sell new product line and satisfy customers’ requests. 3 units were built and sold to customer.

• Created out of box design with full responsibility for J2 TH, new generation tester, saving company 2 years of development compared to previous design times. Executed needed calculations using Cosmos software.

• Designed table to evaluate unit cost, as well as assembly structure for production use. Supervised team responsible for creating drawings from models.

• Evaluated and chose subcontractors to implement J2 project. Maintained full responsibility by working closely with suppliers during prototype face, and successfully introduced 3 assembled TH units to corporate management.
