During the past 20 years, I have been working in Walmart IT, providing systems solution to support customers. With broad knowledge of supply chain systems and retail business (logistics, warehouse, merchandizing, replenishment, Purchasing, POS, etc), I am very good at trouble-shooting, process engineering, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

This is a two years, over 2m budget project

The ERP system that I just finished in ProcraftCabinetry Inc is also focused on warehouse management

Inventory control processed enhanced - planned cycle counting based on pre-defined priority of a product; counting difference beyond threshold requires manager approval; no movement report (no sales) is used to correct overstock items

Control in place that no wrong product will be able put into a shipment for a customer, and if a shipment misses a product, Bill of Loading will not be able to print unless approval is obtained for back order

EDI interface with 3rd party transportation company to get freight

Stocking locations are optimized and material pulling efficiency is improved

Purchase activity forecast by history data, thus human error was eliminated

-Using not “associated” facts to identify system issues and find the fix

4.Very familiar with relational database design, MS access, VBA, etc. Above intermediate level with SQL, pulling data from database (Teradata, MS SQL, DB2, etc) for analysis, issue trouble-shooting, application validation (QA test) and reporting purpose
