Project Manager

Led a $52 million design-build project to establish a state of the art metal powder production facility for alloy and titanium metals. Spearheaded the vetting and selection of Developer and Designer, and property location. Researched and established metal power production facility specifications to purchase production equipment and to design and build a manufacturing facility to meet current codes and standards for combustible metals. Established and received budget approval, assisted in the development of a fast-track schedule to go from a greenfield to a production ready facility in 12 months, assisted in selection and vetting of subcontractors, assisted in value engineering to reduce construction costs by $2.5 million, and managed all monthly expenditures for progress payments.

Project Manager

Led a $7.6 million expansion project for the FCC Indiana facility in Portland, overseeing bid requests for a 76,000 square foot addition to the existing plant. Managed complex bid requirements for excavation and structural backfill, concrete footings, equipment and building foundations, slabs on grade, pre-engineered metal buildings, building cranes, air compressors, HVAC, interior and exterior power and lighting, and multiple other stringent requirements across all interior and exterior building areas.
