Customer Service Oct 2003 to Present

Acts as primary Customer Service liaison between O&M Sales team, vendors, manufactures, hospital Materials Manager, and purchasing departments. Primary duties include Order Entry, Backorders, Returns, Product Research, and Credits. Monitor monthly customer usage and inventory levels, submit new, lost, and increase information to adjust warehouse stock as needed. Work with vendors to expedite product to include drop ship orders to customer as well as tracking/tracing of incoming stock to O&M warehouse. Contact carriers to confirm arrival date and time, coordinate with receiving department. Back-up to receptionist and billing clerk, which consists of data entry billing for outgoing orders, incoming stock orders, research, correct and confirm billing errors.

The FCA Coordinator is responsible for initiating and processing all research, removal, and disposition of all vendor Recall Products within a 24-48 hour time frame. The QIC Representative creates purchase orders, manages inventory statistics, processing new item add/changes, deletions and expediting products. Frequent interaction with suppliers, Valuelink customers, Customer Service Reps, Operations team members, Material service and Inventory.

Terminal Room Coordinator

Primary contact for Customer Service and Warehouse. General duties consisted of processing all stages of orders, receivers, shippers, locator changes, credits, inventory adjustments and stock verification. Responsible for changes to orders within AIMS system, research shortages, order tracking, reprint of packing slips, proof of delivery, and IV system order routing. Primary duties consisted of handling phone inquiries and placing orders for various hospitals and surgery clinics. Responsibilities included all phases of ordering, billing, initiate and process all paperwork for product returns for credit, auditing product backorder, pricing maintenance reports.
