From 06 April.2017 to till date: As a GM (O&M) under APT looking after all the Operation & Maintenance activities of 15MW CPP in M/s Gopani Iron and Power Ltd., Chandrapur, Maharashtra. This is an 15MW CPP consisting of 45TPH CVL make AFBC Boiler, 15MW Qingdao(China) make Turbine, Surface Condenser, 10TPH DM Plant, 12TPH Lloyds Make WHRB Boilers-4nos,50TPH Coal handling Plant etc.

From 6 April 2016 to 5 April 2017: Worked as GM (O&M) looking after total Operation and Maintenance activities of 60+15MW CPPs of M/s My Home Industries Ltd., Mellacheruvu, Telangana. This is an 60+15MW CPP consisting of 250 TPH Thermax make CFBC Boiler, 60MW BHEL make Turbine, Surface Condenser & 45TPH CVL make AFBC Boiler, 15MW HTC (China) make Turbine, Surface Condenser, 40TPH DM Plant, Coal handling Plant etc.

From 11 Feb.2014 to 5 April.2016: As a GM (O&M) under APT looked after all the functional activities of O&M of 15MW CPP of M/s Gopani Iron and Power Ltd., Chandrapur, Maharashtra. From 16 May 2012 to 10 Feb.2014. As a GM (O&M) under APT looked after all the functional activities of O&M of M/s Shree Sidhabali Ispat Ltd., Chandrapur. This is an 20MW Co-Gen.Power plant consisting of 75TPH WUXI make CFBC Boiler, 20MW Siemens make Turbine, Air Cooled Condenser, 150TPH CHP, 10TPH RO Plant, 10TPH CVL Make WHRB Boilers-3nos etc.

ACHIEVEMENTS IN APTPEL (O&M)

Improved the plants efficiency by increasing the availability of plant equipments (Zero Breakdowns) by following preventive maintenance schedule in all the sites where ever worked.

In Sidhabali site Plant running condition improved and achieved uninterrupted running of plant for 6 months which is a record in Sidhabali site from the day it commissioned, by leading the Team with motivation.

Low Plant Heat Rate was achieved by improving the operational parameters in all the three plants.

Reduced Specific Steam Consumption from 4.25kg/kwh to 4.15kg/kwh by increasing vacuum by proper operation of Air Cooled Condenser in Sidhabali site.

Reduced Auxiliary power consumption by identifying the areas where improvement can be done and implementing them in all three plants.

In Gopani site achieved 0.68kg/kwh Sp. Fuel consumption as desired by customer.

In Gopani site involved in PAT Cycle Energy Reports submitting to BEE.

Maintained good relations with customer so that plant operations are smooth and efficient.

2. Organization: ISA POWER PVT. LTD. (GREENKOGROUP, Hyderabad)

From 05 April 2011 to 14 May 2012

Worked as DGM looked after total production and functional activities of 8MW Bio-Mass Power Plants.

In M/S ISA Power Plant at Kurud, CG looked after the total functional operations (i.e.) both technical and administrative issues. This is an 8MW Bio mass Power plant consisting of 35TPH CVL make AFBC Boiler, 8MW HTC make China Turbine, 25TPH CHP, 10TPH RO Plant etc.

For 5Months in parallel also looked after the operation and maint. Of another unit of Greenko, same 8MW Power plant, M/S Ecofren Power& Projects Pvt. Ltd at Durg.

ACHIEVEMENTS IN ISA & ECOFRN

Improved the plant efficiency by identifying the problematic areas and rectifying them.

Cost per unit was reduced by reducing LOI and improving the condition of Fuel Handling equipment, APH, Boiler etc. and operational parameters. Multiple fuels like Coal, Husk, Poultry lit, saw Dust etc were used in combination and cost reduced.

Availability of Equipment was increased by proper planning of Preventive maint. and organizing the work force to deliver their skills to max. Extent.

3. Organization: JK PAPER LTD, Unit: JK PAPER MILLS, Rayagada, Orissa.

From 22 Dec. 2008 to 02 April 2011.

Worked as Dy. Manager (Power Block) looked after operation and Mechanical Maint. Of Power Block.

In JKPM Looked after the Maint. Of 19.90 MW Co-generation power plant consisting of 65TPH Thermax make, 35TPH, 30TPH CVL Make AFBC, 30TPH IJT Make Spreader stoker coal fired, 35TPH BHEL Make Recovery Boilers-2 Nos, 12, 5.4, 2.5MW Turbines, Evaporator Plant, Limekiln and PG Plant.

ACHIEVEMENTS in JK Paper Mills

Availability of all the Equipments was maintained 99.9% by proper Planning and Preventive maintenance of Equipment.

Recovery Boilers Performance was improved by increasing the Blowing Pressures of Soot blowers and reducing steam consumption of Soot blowers.

Worked in the commissioning of Lime Kiln and PG Plant.

4. Organization: Ballarpur Industries Limited, Unit: AP Rayons, Kamalapuram, Warangal.

From 19 Aug. 2005 to 20 Dec 2008

Worked as Asst. Manager (Power Block) looked after operation and Mechanical Maint. Of Power Block.
