Clustering of Amazon Reviews Fall 2016

In this project given a set of product items and a list of reviews given by the rater, four hundred or so sets of related product items are created based on the ratings using K-Means Clustering. The Hadoop MapReduce is used to work on large sets of data.

Sharding and Replication for Online Storage Spring 2017 In this project, a client-server system was built that provides storage system which uses sharding and replication to improve robustness of the storage service. In this system the client splits the file into parts and uploads each part to different server. While downloading, the client connects to different servers and downloads the available parts from different servers. It was implemented using multithreading, networking concepts in Java.

Occupancy Detection of the room Fall 2017

In this project the machine learning algorithms are used to determine the presence of occupants in the rooms. An empirical analysis is done by comparing the accuracy, confusion matrices, and ROC curves between each of the supervised learning models to get the best algorithm. Then the occupancy detection information is used to the control system of the building to save the energy. WORK EXPERIENCE

This project is meant for developing an application to cater to the needs of the hospital.

• Involved in User Requirement analysis

• Developed certain functionality using Spring MVC, Hibernate.

• Developed REST WebServices to use in AngularJS $HTTP service calls.

The project is designed to support Indian Army in collecting information from different battle forces and then analyze the obtained information.
